Lummiere

A hotel management platform with conversational booking via WhatsApp and Telegram, on the AquilaMesh runtime.

2026

Lummiere is Coresis's hotel management platform: bookings and calendar, rooms and housekeeping, point of sale for restaurant and bar, payments through multiple gateways, electronic invoicing, and synchronization with distribution channels. It's available in eight languages.

Insights

  1. Conversational booking via WhatsApp and Telegram works with scoped tools: the assistant interprets the guest's intent, but every booking follows a controlled flow of availability, quote, hold, payment link, and confirmation.
  2. That boundary is deliberate. In a hotel operation, an availability or pricing error isn't a conversation glitch: it's a badly sold reservation.
  3. The model chooses which tool to invoke; it doesn't decide the outcome on its own. Every action stays scoped and auditable.

Results

The platform runs on a Next.js application, a multilingual public site, and integrations with payment gateways, electronic invoicing, and distribution channels.

The agent layer runs on AquilaMesh, Coresis's multi-agent orchestration runtime. It's its first real-world deployment: work delegated to agents needs retries, recovery from partial failures, and evidence of what happened at every step.

For Coresis, Lummiere is also the testing ground where the runtime gets validated before it's proposed to a client.
