MinVivienda needed to consolidate its digital presence on a platform capable of handling public information in a structured, secure, and reliable way. The challenge combined regulatory compliance, editorial clarity, and operational continuity: the portal had to serve as the entity's reference institutional channel and let citizens find priority content without depending on the entity's internal organization.
Coresis and the entity's experts started with an infrastructure analysis and a redefinition of the information architecture. Navigation, hierarchy, and presentation decisions were made based on that diagnosis; design, development, and implementation were addressed afterward. This order let the interface respond to a validated content structure rather than just a visual update.

Ministry delegates and Coresis specialists turned regulatory, editorial, and technical requirements into verifiable architecture, navigation, and implementation decisions. The documented outcome is qualitative: a clearer foundation for managing public information and sustaining the evolution of the institutional channel.
