Actas.app

We developed a mobile-first application to schedule sessions, record attendees, and generate minutes, replacing manual processes in institutional management.

2025

To streamline scheduling, recording, and generating meeting minutes at public entities, Coresis developed a solution that ensures an agile, transparent process. The application makes it easier for officials and citizens to attend and track in-person or virtual sessions called by the entity, replacing the manual management that traditionally accompanied administrative procedures.

Insights

  • The backend, built with robust technical standards, captures identification, contact, and user characterization data with higher quality, overcoming the limitations of manual records.
  • Using AI agents during development sped up the implementation of key features, improving process efficiency and the final product's quality.
  • The mobile-first approach favored adoption of the application, making it easier to use in contexts that previously relied on manual records.

Results

Actas.app took shape as a mobile-first application for scheduling sessions, recording participants, and generating institutional minutes, currently in operation and validated with internal and external users of a district entity.

The application replaces manual records with a guided flow that improves information capture and meeting follow-up, establishing a product applicable to other institutions with equivalent processes.
