Labbu

We built a conversational assistant that guides state contractors through creating the reports, minutes, and documents for their contract performance.

2025

LABBU is a digital product developed by Coresis that combines artificial intelligence and automation components to reduce the administrative burden of contracting processes for people who hold service contracts with Colombian government entities.

Designed as a conversational assistant, LABBU guides users through generating the reports, minutes, and documents required for procedures. The platform offers documentary accuracy and support for meeting regulatory requirements.

LABBU is currently in its initial launch phase as a proprietary Coresis product. It's being validated with real users and is incorporating new personalization features and integrations with institutional systems, with the goal of becoming a benchmark in intelligent document automation.

Assistants

Labbu doesn't offer open-ended conversation; instead, it offers task-scoped assistants: invoices, documents for new contracts, report review, drafting of contractual purpose and obligations, resume adjustments, and guidance on pension status.

That scoping is what makes the product usable. An assistant with a clear task and a verifiable result is more useful than a general model you have to explain context to every time.

Stack

The agents and flows are built on Dify, which makes it possible to define agents, version prompts, and maintain knowledge bases without rebuilding the scaffolding on every iteration. The site and content management run on Drupal 11.

This is a different approach from Lummiere, which runs on AquilaMesh. The choice depends on whether the problem is building product agents or governing delegated work with execution guarantees.
